Liz grew up in Putnam Valley, New York. After pursuing an ag-business degree at the University of Delaware, she began her career in insights at Pepperidge Farm. Following that, Liz spent over 10 years at Unilever working across several categories and brands including Dove, Axe, Hellmann’s, Lipton, and Breyers. Three years ago she moved to OLLY to build the insights function, utilizing a balance of tried and true methodologies and experimenting with partners large and small. Liz is experienced in a wide variety of qual and quant research, in particular: usage occasions, shopper understanding, creative pre-testing, brand equity, and MMMs. She co-developed an in-the-moment survey program to understand actual behavior and motivations, essentially removing the established biases of the researcher. She is passionate about mentoring, and is at peace when doing jigsaw puzzles or being around horses. She lives in Rockland County, NY with her husband, 2 kids, and dog.
