Andrew is a Senior Data Scientist on the Customer Lifetime Value team. He joined Northwestern Mutual as an analytics intern, converted to a Business Intelligence team as full time analyst, then moved to the data science function supporting Marketing. He has a passion for creating analytical solutions from academic literature to maximize policyowner value. Outside the office, you can usually find him outdoors – either training for a cycling race or out on Lake Michigan, in any season, usually strapped to some sort of surfboard or kiteboard.
