Joe MiscavigeDirector, Data Distribution StrategyPBS

Joe Miscavige leads business intelligence product development, local station analytics, data literacy initiatives and annual audience reporting as PBS's Director of Data Distribution Strategy. Prior to PBS he managed cross-network digital platform analysis for AMC Networks, worked as an archivist at New York’s Hunter College, and taught English in Japan.

In his rapidly diminishing free time, Joe teaches a Master's-level Digital Analytics and Measurement course at Georgetown University while also serving on the executive board of the Digital Analytics Association. In 2018 he received the Association’s Practitioner of the Year award. Joe holds a Master of Science in Library & Information Science from Long Island University and a Bachelor of Arts in Public Relations from Susquehanna University. He is currently attempting to learn how to play tennis and has a long list of games he wishes he could get to.
