Vishwa Bhuta is a Senior Data Science Manager at Etsy leading the Growth Marketing Analytics team. She has spent her career contemplating the challenges of marketing measurement, and has helped the marketers she works with value their channels appropriately through experiments, models, and insights. As a data scientist, she is passionate about marketing, storytelling and data, and as a manager, she cares deeply about the psychological safety and empowerment of her team.
